The Esther Collective began at a small table over coffee. Three women with full calendars and full hearts, sharing stories of faith, family, leadership, wounds, and wins. In that conversation, we discovered something powerful: a shared longing for sisterhood and purpose, and a desire to steward our influence well — not just for ourselves, but for others.
