MISSION
The Esther Collective exists to empower and equip women to use their influence, leadership, voice, and resources for the good of others — living lives of purpose, courage, and impact “for such a time as this.”
CORE VALUES
-
We believe influence is never accidental. Whether gained through opportunity or years of faithful labor, leadership is a responsibility meant to be stewarded with humility, integrity, and purpose — always for the good of others, not personal gain.
“From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded.” -Luke 12:48 (NIV)
-
Like Esther, we value courage that is thoughtful, prayerful, and discerning. We believe true leadership requires knowing when to wait, when to speak, and when to act — even when it costs us something.
“I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.” -Esther 4:16 (NIV)
-
We are committed to using our voice, position, and access to open doors for other women. We champion one another’s growth, protect the vulnerable, and refuse to compete where we are called to collaborate.
“Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” -Romans 12:10 (NIV)
-
We seek to live out our faith with authenticity and humility, trusting God to work both visibly and behind the scenes. We value obedience over recognition and faithfulness over applause.
“What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8 (NIV)
HOW WE LIVE THIS OUT
We believe we are stronger together. When women gather with shared purpose, honest conversation, and mutual encouragement, influence multiplies and courage deepens. Together, we pursue impact that extends beyond ourselves — into our communities, our workplaces, our families, and the lives of others.
WHAT WE ARE NOT
We are not a platform for self-promotion.
The Esther Collective exists to elevate others, not to build personal brands, compete for influence, or seek recognition. Influence here is stewarded, not showcased.
We are not exclusive or elitist.
While many women in our community hold positions of leadership, belonging is not determined by titles, achievements, or visibility. We value humility, faithfulness, and willingness to serve.
We are not a space for comparison or competition.
We refuse scarcity mindsets. There is room for every woman’s calling, and we believe collaboration multiplies impact.
We are not performative in our faith.
Our faith is lived, not curated. We value authenticity, humility, and obedience over appearance, perfection, or public display.
We are not passive.
The Esther Collective is not a social club or networking group alone. We believe faith and influence require action — standing up, speaking out, and stepping forward when it matters.
We are not for everyone — and that’s okay.
We exist for women who desire to steward their influence with courage, wisdom, and faithfulness, using their voice and position for the good of others.
“Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.”
Hebrews 10:24 (NLT)
